With International Women’s Day fast-approaching, TravelmakerID have put together a round-up outlining how four hotels and resorts in Vietnam are celebrating the occasion on March 8.
The Anam Cam Ranh
The Anam on Vietnam’s Cam Ranh peninsula will have spa treatments, roses and a ‘Pink Lady’ cocktail for the ladies this International Women’s Day on March 8.
The Anam Spa will offer a 90-minute Anam Balancing therapy with a 50% discount on the price, totalling VND1,200,000 (US$52). The therapy comprises an aromatherapy treatment, foot acupressure and head massage to relieve tension and awaken the senses.

The spa is offering 45% off the cost of the 120-minute treatment, priced at VND1,500,000 (US$65).
In addition to each woman receiving a rose upon entering the Indochine Restaurant for breakfast, the bartender’s recommendation for the day is the ‘Pink Lady’ concocted with Sedang gin, Calvados brandy, Maraschino liqueur, lemon juice and grenadine syrup with a 15% discount, priced at VND110,000 (US$4.80). Discounts are for women only.
Alma Resort Cam Ranh
A floating breakfast in a heart-shaped tray, scenic photo shoots, a paper rose-making class over sunset cocktails, a romantic dinner and a ladies movie night under the stars are among the highlights of Alma Resort’s International Women’s Day celebrations.
Ladies will become models in a two-hour photo shoot held in picture-perfect spots across Alma favoured by influencers, including Long Beach and the amphitheatre.
The morning and afternoon photoshoots, each catering for up to 10 women and priced at VND100,000 (US$4.35) per person, will be run by Alma’s professional graphic designer, who will also be on hand afterwards to edit the photos for the participants.
The paper-rose making class will be held at The American Bar from 4pm, with 10 per cent off the price of sunset cocktails. A gazebo on the beach as well as cabanas around the pool will make for romantic dinner settings, and Vietnamese romantic comedy Sweet 20 will be aired at an outdoor cinema under the stars from 8pm.
The Reverie Saigon
Women will be celebrated at The Reverie Saigon this International Women’s Day with an indulgent special course menu at the hotel’s Italian restaurant, R&J.
