Singapore has regained its position as the world’s most powerful passport, according to the latest Henley Passport Index.
The city-state now allows its citizens to visit 195 out of 227 destinations worldwide without needing a visa. Previously, Singapore shared the top spot with five other countries, but it now stands alone at number one.
France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and Spain have dropped to second place, each allowing visa-free access to 192 destinations. In third place are Austria, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, South Korea, and Sweden, each with visa-free access to 191 destinations.
