Dubai has once again claimed its throne as the world’s hottest travel destination on TikTok, according to Bounce, a travel and luggage company, who analysed view counts of popular travel destination hashtags to unveil the most sought-after destinations on TikTok for 2023.

1. Dubai | 140 billion views

With over 140 billion views on the hashtag #Dubai, the city continues to capture the imagination of millions of TikTok users. From its golden beaches and futuristic architecture to its vibrant Arabic culture, Dubai offers a unique and unforgettable experience for travellers seeking luxury and adventure.

2. New York | 101.8 billion views

But Dubai isn’t the only city making waves on TikTok. New York City, the heart of diverse cultures and world-class shows, follows closely behind with 101.8 billion views.

3. London | 72.8 billion views

Meanwhile, London, the UK’s capital, rounds out the top three with 72.8 billion views, showcasing its nightlife and historical charm.

 

This top three followed by Paris, Istanbul, Miami, Los Angeles, Madrid, Bali and Chicago in TikTok’s most-watched destination list.

The United States takes the crown as the most popular country on TikTok, with a staggering 357.4 billion views, typically featuring the states’ diverse landscapes and rich cultural experiences.

2. Mexico | 348.9 billion views

Mexico secures the second spot with 348.9 billion views, enticing TikTok users with its hot beaches, ancient ruins, and mouth-watering street food.

3. Argentina | 217 billion views

Argentina completes the top three with 217 billion views. Beyond its vibrant capital, Buenos Aires, the country boasts breathtaking mountainscapes and awe-inspiring national parks.
