The Hari Hong Kong is delighted to announce a limited- edition tasting menu in partnership with the Japanese prefecture Okinawa, and Whisky & Japanese Spirits Specialist, Mizunara Hong Kong. Available between 14 January and 11 February 2022, the six-course menu will showcase the region’s most popular ingredients at the hotel’s Japanese dining outlet, Zoku Restaurant & The Terrace.
The tasting menu highlights include Shikuwasa spicy ceviche, served with seasonal fish, mozuku seaweed and tomato, as well as Kakuni, served with braised pork belly and Okinawa pumpkin.
Complete the experience with Okinawa pineapple tart served with vanilla cream, tangerine gel, coconut ice cream and spiced caramel.
The six-course menu is priced at HKD$888 per person, guests can also enhance the dining experience with Ryukyu cocktail pairing at a supplement of HK$288 per person and available for lunch from Friday to Sunday throughout the promotion period.
