The Chris Salans Group is already planning its Christmas and New Year’s celebrations at Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique in Ubud, Bali, and is excited to release a preview of the festivities.
Christmas Dinner, which will be served on Christmas Eve, and for lunch and dinner on Christmas Day, is conceived with the theme ‘Joyous Gastronomique Celebration’. The menu features produce from the seas, fields, and forests of the Earth, with Mozaic’s signature culinary magic applying French techniques to the best local and imported ingredients in an inspired combination with Indonesian flavors.
The restaurant will be decorated with spices and natural ingredients in a modern use of the colors red and green. It will be unmistakably Christmas.

For New Year’s Eve, a very special event is planned around the theme “A Night of Magical Arts.” To raise a beautiful feast to the heights of ritual, the Turkish-born Japanese artist Jasmine Okubo will perform two dances during dinner, in the garden and the Workshop, and another dance during the countdown to 2020 in the Lounge, weaving her own special
magic.
