Jakarta Aquarium is proud to announce we have been awarded ‘Implementation of Industrial Relationship & Work Welfare 2019′ on August 17, 2019 at the West Jakarta Administrative City Mayor Office, to coincide with the 74th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, organised by the Labour and Tribal Office Transmigration City Administration of West Jakarta.
The Award for the Implementation of Industrial Relations Facilities and Workers’ Welfare at the West Jakarta level, included numerous companies of a large and small scale. The winners were determined, on a basis of several considerations, including the implementation of welfare and facilities for workers, as well as good industrial relations arrangements between companies and workers.
“The award we have received will be the motivation for the future to further grow and maintain harmonious, dynamic, and fair industrial relations, to ensure business continuity, growth, and development of the company, including employee welfare,” said William Owens, Director of Jakarta Aquarium.
