Day 1:
Check in to spend the first beautiful night in a Junior Suite with panoramic views and wake up to enjoy a day discovering the wines of the ancient Cistercian Abbey on Saint-Honorat, Lérins Island. Arriving on the island, by speed boat, you will discover the Cistercian Abbey vineyards, the wines and methods the monks have been refining since the middle ages. Lunch by the sea on fresh lobster (optional), then take a relaxing dip from the shores of this tiny island. In the evening the hotel will treat you with a gastronomic feast at the Château’s Michelin starred restaurant Le Saint-Martin, overlooking a magnificent sweep of the Côte d’Azur.
Day 2:
The best kept secrets and hospitality of a celebrated Provence wine grower, at Château de Bellet. A scenic drive takes you to Château de Bellet high in the hills with magnificent panoramic views over Provence. A tour of the vineyards and winery is followed by a tasting in their secret crypt. Return to Château Saint-Martin & Spa for lunch overlooking the Côte d’Azur and an afternoon by the pool. The evening prelude to dinner at Le Saint-Martin is a private wine tasting in our own ancient cellars, which hold no less than 12,000 bottles, for this event we focus on Provencal wines.
Day 3:
A leisurely last day with an exclusive wine tasting at Château Saint-Martin & Spa. One last breakfast on our panoramic terrace, time to relax by our garden pool to soak up the Riviera sunshine. Once refreshed we invite you on a trip to our Salon l’Œnothèque in a former turret of the Château, for a select sample of our extensive list. Lunch is, at leisure, served at our restaurant L’Oliveraie, a deliciously Provencal experience, or on our panoramic terrace at Le Saint-Martin restaurant. Departure is entirely at your leisure
