The tallest restaurant in Pantai Indah Kapuk introduces weekend buffet indulgence starting this month on a brand new concept with ‘What The Shell’. Fresh seafood takes center stage as the indulgent menu features an extensive variety of international and local dishes.
Take advantage from the amazing views during the evening for special occasion dinners and social gatherings with friends and family. Dive into the sweet bounty of the ocean with a tempting selection of fresh seafood on ice, such as Fresh Clams, Blue Crabs and Tiger Prawns.
Diners can also indulge on assorted fresh sushi rolls and sashimi, complemented with refreshing appetizers and a salad bar. Indulge even more with favorites from the carving and live grill section, which features Ikan Bakar Makassar, the Singapore-style Chili Soft Shell Crab, Seafood Pizza and Grilled Squid, Seafood Satay and Grilled Fish.
Experience more flavors from Indonesia and the region; the buffet boasts a dedicated pasta and noodle station where diners can create their own Italian noodles dish and a wide spread of hot piping mains.
No feast is without a sweet ending; finish off with tempting desserts such as Make-Your-Own Ice Cendol,
Pandan Crème Brûlée, Cheese Cake, Red Velvet Cake, White Chocolate and Coffee Mousse, Raspberry Panna Cotta and assorted Indonesian Kuehs or nibble on a the chocolate fountain.
What The Shell Seafood Weekend Dinner Buffet is available at NSNTR every Saturday and Sunday from 6pm to 10pm. First edition of the dinner buffet is held on Saturday, 7 July 2018.

- Adult: IDR 188,000 ++ per person, with free flow soft beverages
- Children between the ages of six to 11 dine at 50% off adult prices (maximum two children per 10 paying adults).
- Children five years old and below dine for free.
