At SAii Laguna Phuket, the serene sanctuary on Phuket’s sunset coast, guests have a choice of captivating culinary events this December. A stunning set menu (THB594++ per person) has been created especially for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with three impeccably presented courses. A vibrant crab, rocket and avocado salad is followed by a choice of mouth-watering main courses: grilled salmon marinated in chermoula herbs with grilled asparagus, baby potatoes and pineapple, or pan-grilled duck breast with a green mango & mint sauce and globe artichoke salad.
